Kying Ton Trekking Tour

Day 1: Mandalay-Kyingetong Fly from Mandalay to Kyington, morning visit to the buffalo market and trekking to Hochin village, native land of Akha, Lahu, Gon, and Shan hill tribe villages. Visit the palace of Kyaingtong Sawbwe. Overnight in Kyaingtong. Day 2: Loimwe - Pintauk village - Kyaing Ton Morning drive to near by village, Loimwe, 38km from Kyaingtong. Trekking to Pintauk village with Enn tribe who live on the higher slopes, wearing different costumes. Many of the tribal people blacken their teeth. The weather is much cooler than Kyaingtong. Visit to Akha villages to see their way of life and observe their traditional weaving industry. Stop at hot spring and return back to Kyaingtong. Overnight in Kyaingtong.

Day 3: Kyaing Ton - Mandalay (by flight)

After breakfast, visit to the enchanting market, this is the meeting point of Amy hill tribes dealing with local antiques and old coins, and pottery works. Free leisure time. Departure from Kyaing Ton into Thailand or Laos.
